Drawing of the waxing crescent used in the score
Brass Quintet. I think we take the moon for granted. It is often one of the first words we learn because as children we find a glowing orb in the sky a miraculous thing. Indeed it is. It’s a shame we lose our awe. I regenerated that awe for myself, and here’s a brass quintet to prove it.
Played by BrassWindows, a phenomenal quartet in residence at the University of Oregon.
